convenient location fresh towels limited breakfast worn furniture
The hotel's location was convenient.. it was just a short walk to many main attractions. i also appreciated the daily room cleaning. Fresh towels were always available.
the breakfast selection was limited and did not offer much variety. also, some of the furniture in my room showed signs of wear and could use updating.

Fantastic Location and Service
convenient location helpful staff
I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to major historical sites. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for local transportation. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard. The hotel also provides complimentary tea and coffee, which I found very convenient.

helpful staff breakfast view cosy place small bathroom warm place sewage smell
the staff was SO helpful. nuri at reception always greeted with a smile. breakfast was great, and there was an excellent view while i ate. i felt the place was very cosy, it felt just like home.
the bathroom was small and i had no place to put personal things. there was only one place to sit for drinks and food and it was really warm there. sometimes i could smell sewage when i sat on the terrace.

Amazing Staff and Great Location!

The staff were AMAZING. They always greeted me with a smile and were eager to help with directions. I REALLY appreciated the cleanliness of my room. The rooftop terrace offered a lovely view during breakfast. It was a good way to start the day.
The bathroom was a bit small, there was limited counter space for toiletries.

The hotel is near many tourist attractions. This makes exploring the area easy. Several nice restaurants are nearby. I never had to walk far for dinner. The street was quiet. I slept soundly.

The reception staff spoke multiple languages. This made communication simple. The staff brought luggage to the room quickly. This was appreciated after a long journey. Omer helped with the airport transfer. I am grateful for his assistance.

Breakfast offered a decent choice of food. There was something for everyone. The terrace provides views of the Bosphorus. This enhanced the dining experience. The afternoon tea and cookies were a nice touch. It was cozy.
